Offer to stand in the field and throw pebbles at the birds to scare them off the crops - or perhaps compensation for the loss of income from the crop being spoiled? It is really annoying to have agricultural vehicles cluttering the roads and nasty smelly pigs; or goats leaving droppings over the land - what can Spanish farmers be thinking of, it is bound to be illegal...

Hi it’s been explained to me the reason for the noise , and it appears it’s normal practice. Under the circumstances, as they say when in Rome do as the Romans do, or in this case when is Spain , I think you get my drift , and who am I to argue with there way of doing things .👍👍

At least they are doing it for a sensible reason! Last summer in Weymouth (Dorset England!)....We had one going off in a built up area in the middle of the night! Turns out some idiot was trying to keep the gulls away.....trouble was all it did was wake then up....and all of the local people!!!!! In that case we got it stopped.....As you say on here though, If we want the crops then we need to live with the noise! LOL

I live right next to farm land. The cabbages are being harvested now so the automated guns have stopped till the melons are sown!
