Hello,
Water from our 2nd floor terrace is causing damage to the apartment below us. Can anyone recommend a contractor that can fix this type of problem? Also, if you have had similar issues, I would appreciate hearing about it - what you did and how it worked out.

Hi, Well firstly I trust you are insured as the tenants/owners below you can sue. Some Policies even have a clause which states that after so many days absence the water must be cut off at stopcock-ours is 3 days.
We have an amazing builder and an even more amazing or just as amazing Spanish Plumber. Get sick and tired of giving details but if you want info pls pm me.
