hi.
flat panel type may struggle a bit in winter, esp if similar to this year, lots of cloudy days. go for the tubes, better to much in summer than not enough in winter. i am on tubes with 200L store for 2 of us. [DIY instal 2nd hand from UK] so cant help on price etc
