It's likely that you will recieve loads of suggestions as who to use.

IHMO your best bet is to meet with a few and see how you get on.

See what price they recommend putting your property on sale, are they exclusive or do they put it on with a range of agents and see what their commision will be.

Thats what we did and found a wide variety of prices suggested and wide reange of commissions eg- 3000€ or 3% to 6000 € or 5%.

As for languages spoken other than a few in Garrucha they all spoke English German Dutch French you get thte idea

I will send you on the name of one we used and you can give him a call if you like
