My name is Steve I'm a Naturist and I know what it's like to arrive or visit a place and not know much about the local and surrounding area.

Having moved here 4 years ago I now know the place(s) therefore if you want companionship, friendship and showing around then please do not hesitate to contact me on (0034) 684 333 442.

Or e-mail: [email protected]

There is no cost involved !! Platonic friendship/companionship.

I visit the playas often.

Regards, welcome and enjoy your stay !

Hi Steve,

I've been in Vera Playa since Saturday, but just come across this forum and your message. Would be happy to meet up and get some insider knowledge.

First time in Spain, first time in a naturist resort, and first time driving in Spain.

Geoff

Hi Harry,

Getting to the area from the closest airports is quite easy.

https://exclusiveairportshuttles.co.uk/?ai=msz

Many people use the shuttle bus service. From Murcia its 25Euro's one way and they cover all the UK flights. Use the link to get all the info you need and to book. I can't help with the other points. I'm sure Steve can.

Martin.

Hi Don.

No problem. The forum is quite a good guide for things and  people are keen to help.  (I simply guessed you & Steve had been in contact. I don't know him).

My partner and I have a town house in the Pueblo area (near Gurrucha) and often walk up to this area of Vera. She has no interest in the nudist side of things but there is a nice cafe (nice cakes) just behind the Consum.

The shuttle stop is very well placed for the area. The beach is 10 min walk (max) from there so any accommodation is, logically, close.

Feel free to message with any queries. I'm happy to help best I can.

Martin.

Hi Harry. I've seen your reply.  This system tells me when this message has a comment on it. Useful if someone is willing to  drop/pick you up from the airport. Make sure you have spare time , especially going to the airport, in case of any problems, etc..

The beach won't be empty in Feb, providing its warm. I note the current Mojacar temps are around 18-20, so not bad. If its very windy that will reduce the numbers.  Many of the beach bars (chiringuitos) are shut in the cooler months. This is all the way along to Garrucha and along Mojacar. However,  some remain open most of the time. I know a bar, right by the naturist beach,  seems to be open much of the time.  My partner and I have used it a few times during a coastal walk. Again  some restaurants are open and a couple are by the Consum, very close by.

You could always check on Google maps what's in the area, or TripAdvisor.  Both are good guides to local things.

Martin.

Sounds good Harry. If you're still out in April, we'll have to meet up for a coffee/cake.  Exclusive are very good and you can book 1 way trips with them.

Enjoy.

Martin.

No problem Harry. We're also out in Sept, from about the middle to mid Oct. Might see you then, if you get a pass from the mrs! Martin
