If you live in Spain for more than 182 days per rolling year you are obliged to pay income tax in Spain.

Hi Zaza, You asked a question and received several accurate answers. It is up to you to act or not act on the advice. Next question please!

you only pay the tax in one country the one you reside in.  if paid in the other you claim it back and make sure the tax offices know where you reside.
