That demonstrates that most Ukrainian's as is well known and reported on are wanting to to stay close to Ukraine, near their loved ones in readiness to return home as soon as they can.

France and Germany still supporting Putin by feeding him over a billion dollars a day in gas they are buying from him; the EU's almost total lack of military assistance to Ukraine is pathetic and their diplomatic assistance has not been good either.  

Do not belittle yourself in trying to cry down the UK where Ukraine is concerned.

We ordered curry sauce would you believe and after 2 attempts it never arrived and the store in UK charged us 30 for postage and even though the goods were returned to them would not compensate us in any way! Would not answer when I asked what they were doing with the returned goods!

The EU unfortunately is not as great as those Brits bashing EU lovers think. Please quote facts and not your wishes. 

The trouble is that because UK are no longer part of Europe (get over it!) since Brexit, the UK has to vet each person wishing to go. It is part of the EU rules to do this! Hence delays....

The thing is Stuart47, you mention Brit haters, yet the first 2 posts on this thread were anti EU, using terms like “Remoaners”  “Spiteful losers” etc. 

At least you have done some research now, maybe look into the benefits of leaving the Eu, it shouldn’t take long.lol. 
Brexit has taken away the freedom and choices you have benefited from, but it has been taken away for many people and destroyed their plans for the future. 

Perhaps you should re-read  the posts, then decide who the “haters” are.

No apologies or regrets for use of terminology. 

It is clear that there are many Brits in this forum who hate the UK. The reason is that the democratic vote conflicted with their own interests so instead of coming to terms with the UK leaving the EU they attack the UK for everything they can, in a way a kind of childish treachery . Yes that I consider spiteful. 

I'm attacking the EU establishment, not the people of Europe.
