Hi Rob thanks for getting back to me on that appreciate it, that was one of the best engines they ever made but it's a bit big and juicy for me sorry mate.

Used to have a  FordMustang  5.0 V8 so not many cars thirstier than that! Plus I used to fly light aircraft which drink on average some  35-40 litres and at £2.30  a litre that's an expensive pastime!!

I look at Milanuncios. You can search for what you want. But used cars are much more expensive than in the UK, and have high mileages normally.

Hi,

We bought a car from Car outlet in Spain it is a Ford C Max which is 7yrs old and had only done 9800kms it is almost brand new not a mark on it and it came with a 13 month guarantee. It passed its ITV in April no probs. We bought it over the Internet and they delivered it to the Airport at Alicante. We live in Albox so had a 2hr drive. Great service. Great car.

Just buy one in UK and import it. Not really that expensive as the cars are a lot better value in uk and you know what you are getting. There is also a legal loophole to avoid import tax if you know the right way to do it. Mine cost €1600 to import all in paperwork plates suma and rear lights.,the improt tax alone would have been around €1800 and thats for a 2 ltr.

Ps its not hard driving a rhd here despite the stories from scared drivers.

Thanks kev, I had thought of that, I need something small reliable that has air conditioning and can be converted for driving on the right. Have driven many times in English cars abroad. Just don't overtake if you can help it 😏
