Hi all if I sell my property as want to purchase a Bigger one. I purchased as a non residencia and will sell as a residencia and purchase new as residencia. What will be the impact on taxes.
depends on your age if a pensioner and investing in a main residence then no capital gains tax due. i think if you are not pension age then there is a capital gains tax to pay but not sure of the rates. perhaps Dario knows this one.
