Hola,
I will be moving to Vera playa in January. I will be initially renting for 3 months with plans to purchase a property or extend rental contract. I hope to find employment also. I will be financially self sufficient but am unsure of what proof of documentation I need to bring with me, to obtain all necessary legal papers in Spain to prove this.

Hi,
Would have thought Bank Statements would be sufficient so long as they have you name on. May be as well to bring Tax Documents as well.
We assume you will process for an NIE but if you wish to be proactive you can process for this at the Spanish Embassy in London. Consult their www page for info, cost, etc.
If.& when you process for additional paperwork or NIE you will find posts on here recommending local Solicitors. But there are also 'fixer' agencies that may be cheaper.
