This is purely a personal decision for you as it'll be wholly dependent upon your circumstances. For example, are you wanting to close a deal the week that you're visiting? If so then have you already got legal representation? Realistically an agent may be able to show you 2-3 properties in either a morning/afternoon slot. But that depends upon vendor's availability etc. You need to factor in second-viewing times (my recommendation is always arrange a second-viewing at a completely different time of the day and also make multiple trips to the surrounding vicinity again on different days/times...don't rely on solely one visit, especially if its a time that's been suggested by an agent/vendor) and also decide how much personal time you want for yourselves whilst you're here in order to consider your options. 

I notice you've got Vera Playa listed as your location but I'm assuming from your question and you saying that you're visiting that that's the aspirational location? Are you 100% sure its Vera Playa you're looking for, for example? Lots of factors to consider and really it's impossible to give suggestions as your circumstances will be wholly unique to you.

Widen your area and look online at properties in your price range.  Will then get better idea of location and market.
