Hi! All. My Wife and I are looking to Rent a property for about a Month. At the beginning of October for her Birthday (7th Oct). We stayed in Vera for a few weeks last year and then rented a Villa in La Perla, Arboleas for 6 months or so. We love the area. Somewhere within easy walking distance of the shops are Bars/Restaurants would be great. Can pay Cash on arrival.

Our property No19 Palomares in Palomares is available at the beginning of October for €400 (including bills) for 1 month. It's walking distance to the centre of Palomares with its shops, bars and restuarants, including Monikas and Oasis. Thanks Rob. I only know the Square in Palomares, where they have Singers etc. How far is your property from there? My Wife can't walk far!

It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the square along Calle Mayor, past Oasis Bar then down a sideroad to the house as shown on the map below.

OK thanks. No dates have been set yet. Although I have retired, my Wife still works, so we'll have to sort out some unpaid leave. I'll get back to you when I have some dates if that's OK?

Yes, no problem. We'll be out there from 7 October ourselves until the end of the month, partly seeing whether anything needs replacing at No19 after a busy summer season.

Hi Gill, we did rent it out long term last year but this year we’ve had short-term guests and that will be the same next year where we’re already full from late June to September.

We have a two bedroom Penthouse Apartment in Vera Playa available.
It's walkable to a number of bars and restaurants.
