Print locater form

I'm going for test at EV medical after conformation will they print my locater form as I don't have use of computer or printer.thanks harry.

Yes, it will be given to you as you leave after your results are confirmed

I got my results on 21 to fly on 22 but could not print locater form so sent away from airport.now waiting to get test to morrow in mohjacka?but still can't print form.my phone won't go on internet.thanks might have to wait toll 5 Oct.

Harry, you have to show proof of the location form having been filled in. The test result form is printed, for the Covid19 tests.
The UK location form you have to do yourself, either proof by a hard copy or on a mobile. It's a MUST. Airlines will not let you fly without proof it's been done. This form will still be required after 4/10.
You need to find an Internet cafe, with printing facilities. Failing that, try a hotel and see if they will let you do this for a small fee.

Thanks martin I have asked my daughter to email my locater form filled in and my hostal says he will print it so hope it will be right this time where are you now?
