sorry no they do not let dogs on the buses and they do not do return tickets the fare is only €1.40 each way and it goes around the back by the hotel and then comes up to the main road to Vera town. I think it is only running on the hour at the moment.

Thank you for the information they must have changed their policy on dogs, we were there 3 years ago and had our little dog in a bag and they let him on. thank you. Is the fish and chip shop still open at Vera playa by the way ??

perhaps your little dog was good at hiding and they didn't see him. not sure that the fish and chip shop has survived the lockdown there is a lot still closed in the Vera Playa area. Fish and chips still available near the naturist zone in the bar though. or at Scottys bar near Parque commercial yummy.

The fish and chip shop has closed but the millionaires bar are doing them on a friday at present also Laguna Restaurant both at pueblo laguna. Really dont know about dogs but if they are small enough to fit in a bag type dog carrier they might be accepted on buses. The buses run every hour.

We were told as long as you can carry the dog its ok, ours weighs 30 kg so was a no no. But we were allowed to take her on the train, no problem.
