Hi Nicky.

We had exactly the same problem , we got in touch using the phone number on the web page, after a couple of phone calls they said the problem was our passport which  was out of date which is not correct, but what they had to do was delete our account then they gave us instructions to open another account  which we have done. We have gone through all the security  etc online (they send you an email) and are now just waiting for a manager apparently to give us our passwords so we can log in.

My situation is exactly the same, My passport expired and so they directed me to an online form which I have filled in several times, but no one contacted me with new passwords. Can I ask how long you have been waiting please?

Since Friday.

We didn't fill in a form we called them and they said they couldn't deal with  it and got someone to else to call us. which they did. They then closed the account and we followed their instructions to open another account just waiting on the password.

We had to take photos with the form and then they contacted us and said everything had been approved,and a manager will contact us.

Just found out you can contact them on Messenger.

Hi I too have Banco Sabadell and they are rated the worst bank with very poor reviews. I only had this bank because of circumstances when I moved here. Cajamar are rated very well. When I move house,  I will def be cancelling my account with Sabadell. They never answer the phone and rarely reply to emails. That being said it is the branch in Roquetas de Mar. cannot speak for all branches but as mentioned before the ratings are incredibly poor.
