you can arrange for a padron online and go collect it the next day no appointment required

Thank you for your message I had a look but couldn’t see anything on it that looked like padron as my ability to read Spanish at the moment I’m afraid to say is poor

Many Thanks Brian

You can also just turn up at the town hall without an appointment and they will deal with it for you

Cant just turn up at Vera Ayuntamiento - they’ll turn you away.  Need an appointment.  Appointments are made online via Vera ayuntamiento website

When you have an appointment, for Vera, you will need Passport(s), Rental Contract, Copy if owners DNI, and certificate of compliance - the last two are available from whichever estate agent you used - they’ll be used to Vera’s requirements.

I rent in the Vera ayuntamientos catchment and the above is what I had to provide (back in 2017 - but as I understand their requirements haven’t changed)

Things may have changed as in June last year we just went in and asked and they did us there and then. We had to return a few days later to collect the Padron certificates
