I live in Alara in an isolated position and the recent stormy weather means that I have been without power for over 20 hours. I have contacted  Endesa via an interpreter and they refuse to come out to investigate the problem due to nobody else in the vicinity reporting a problem. The smart meter has no digital display and no red light showing which means that the meter has no power going to it. They keep saying it’s my problem and that I need to get an electrician out to check my electrics! Has anybody else had issues with them and how did they go about putting pressure on them to sort the problem out?

endesa are a big problem. we bought end of 2017 stayed for 5 weeks and had to come back here. returned december 2018 to find no payments had been made. tried to sort it out with them in person but they simply opened a new a/c. september 2019 ,back in uk [not by choice] and received e mail from debt collectors paid what had tried to pay them in early 2019 and when we get back[if ever.....] they will be dumped , useless and very incompetant......

YesI did thank you. The power line had come down up the road. So much for Endesa stating it was my problem...twice!
