Our new house, in the campo between Velez Rubio and Velez Blanco, does not have mains water so we need to buy water in bulk to fill up our water deposit tank. Can anyone recommend a local supplier, and any idea how much a tanker of water costs?

We had water for our pool delivered from Transportes Puerto Adentro, Puerto Lumbreras. Tel 968-402-950. That was in June 2018 and cost €80 for 12,000 ltrs.

Thanks for replying - was that drinking quality water or only suitable for a pool or agriculutre?

I'm not sure if it was drinking quality water however I understand that they can provide drinking water.
