no water

hi is anyone else having problems with there water !!! we live within Albox area and during the day for the past two weeks the water pressure has dropped down for the past two nights we have arrived home after a long day and would like to have a shower !!!! no your not !!! why !!! you don't have any water!!!! the water has been cut off but in the morning its on again but only for a few hours !!! i don't understand this as am paying for a water supply and not getting it !!! any comments !! THX GUYS
