Never had any problems here with three pin to two pin Spanish ones....

Hi Keen Runner, if you go to the Poligono in Vélez-Rubio you have a Hardware store there Velez Brico that have plenty of electrical items which are reasonably priced. But I have found no problem with travel plugs also. Welcome to Velez I’m sure you will love it there.

Why would you ignore advice from a professional electriction.just cut the old British 3 pin plugs off and get 2pin Spanish ones.it's a no brainer.
