Hi everyone just need some advice . I am coming over in january/February time with my young family . Initially it is just me and my 3 children to start with and then hubby is joining me later in the year when his contract ends in scotland . (He will be making visits when he can ) . I only see him once a month for 2 days anyway so that's not my problem ! I don't want to feel isolated and would love some interaction with other people . How would I go about this please ? My Spanish is very rough although I am doing some Spanish lessons . I am sociable so that's a good start but where do I go to socialise here please ?

Hiya, I don't get much time to socialise however there are other places you can find this information.
These forums cover a wide spread area and you will be able to find information on things like, coffee mornings, Royal British Legion, walking clubs etc.
I hope that is of some help.

Hi
Lots of places to go around Velez Rubio,
First port of call, have a word with Mick and Annette at the English shop, they will point you in the right direction.
Perhaps see you in the new year when we will be over again ?

Hi, the English shop is on the industrial estate at the top end of town.
If you know La bomba cafe ask Sarah or Clara at the Star bar.
