No, think you need to have a Spanish one
you'll have to apply for a Spanish one and they are not easy to get

According to information for British VISITORS Spain allows them to use British disabled parking badges , but it should be used with a translation in Spanish available - which can be obtained from the county issuing the blue badge.

I agree with the previous writer if you are on holiday but if you reside in Spain then you must apply for a spanish badge.

I came to Spain to live,and had British Blue Badge , I went to the town hall who put me in touch with the social services, I gave them all my medical records, but was told I had to be 75% disabled to get a Spanish blue badge! I lived in Spain for 16 years and failed to get the blue badge.
A good friend of mine had BOTH legs off and got a badge after 7 years of trying, good luck with your application, but dont hold your breath.
