We are currently with Iberbanda for telephone and internet.  The download speed is awful, regularly less than 1Mg.  Can anyone recommend another provider in the area that can reliably provide a faster service.  Thanks

Thank you for getting back to me.  I have been in touch with iberbanda after I posted and threatened to move to another provider if they didn't help and they arrived this morning to sort it.  Evidently there is a problem with the mast! If we get no joy after a few days I'll  definitely try Next.

Regards

Hi there, iberbanda are proving fairly useless at the moment.  We went to the Next people (now in the multi precio shop, was called Snr Barrato, opposite) and have got the details. Do you have the full package with the tv as well.  What do you think, would you recommend it.  Many thanks

Regarding my previous post on broadband speeds.  We are definitely thinking of changing our IP to Next and was wondering if anyone out there has experience of them and their efficiency.  Is it worth going for the whole telephone, internet, TV package or is the broadband sufficient for watching through, say, Apple TV with and IP hiding scheme?  Would love to know what you think. Thanks.

Hi

We have next just for internet and we watch TV through an android box, we didn't bother with landlines or tv package.

Speeds are generally good we had a problem once with our router and they came out on a Sunday to repair it hope this helps

Good luck

Thank you it does help. Iberbanda is pretty bad at the moment and they can't seem to mend it.  I expect we'll change over.  Thanks for replying.
