Building insurance for houses with AFO”s

Hi
We are currently in the process of purchasing a property in the Velez Blanco area. Our solicitor has made us aware that in the terms of the AFO should there be a fire for instance then we would not be allowed to rebuild the property. Does anyone have any advice on insurance companies that cover properties with AFO”s
