Mortgage

Looking to get a mortgage to buy a property here.
I have a £100000.00 property but would like to rent this out and secure a mortgage (100%) against this up to €57000.00 (£50000.00)
The rental would be £750 (€855.00) so I believe this is more than ample for a mortgage.
Any quotes on just this information would be welcome.
