Hi, theres not much rail network in Almeria, to get to Tijola having just looked at google maps your best off flying into Almeria during the summer months when Ryannair are flying, next year you should have an alternate jet2 flight, from the airport you can take the a7 E15 autovia north and take the Albox turning west, it should take you around 45 minutes to get to the Albox ramp then another 35 minutes guesstimated time through and beyond Albox to get to Tijola.

YouLl be around 50 minutes to an hour from the coast and judging from our prelimanary look see you may be quite remote.

Theres a web site, theres trip advisor reports and theres lots of friendly help/advice on here and the Albox/Arboleas forums.

There's no train to Tijola. Just to comment on the flights, easyJet and Monarch fly all year from Gatwick into Almeria.

Sorry I didnt mention it, my suggestikns were using Stansted, there may be other flights from Luton.

Almeria is south, Murcia is another alternate airport north of us, Almera timings are roughly 20 odd minutes different using the same A7 E15, Almeria is just easier and more of a straight shot.

Theres good car hire at both airports, coach travel I couldnt comment on but you can google Alsabus.es to see where they go to.
