Hi. Arriving in Turre next Monday evening 1st May, Labour Day. Is everything going to be closed? Wouldn’t have minded a bottle or 3 of red wine! Any supermarket in the area open around 6pm?

Don't know about Turre sorry but if you have a car and want to get anything there are some local 'mercados' open off of the las buganvillas roundabout on the A370 towards Villa Ricos that open from 9:30 Am until 9 pm or so.
They are Los Mintuo and the las buganvillas carry a wide range of stock which should do until the supermercados open. Althought they maybe open as well I see that DIA on Mojacar Playa is open this Sunday.
I reckon someplace must be open on Bank Holiday Monday in Turré. If you have a car a trip to Mojacar Playa and Thomas's Supermarket at the Stables Roundabout definitely will be open and the choice of wine there is excellent.

The Cepsa garage on the roundabout between Mojacar Pueblo and Playa has a mini Carrefour that carries a good selection of wines and essentials...

I'm all worked up and holding my breath for Tonesongs and her bottle of tinto later today. Make my holiday weekend Tonesongs. Last time I had these feelings I was hanging on a bet at Cheltenham. Go for it!
