The question of recommended solicitors comes up quite a lot and people certainy have their favourites based on experience. In our case I thoroughly recommend Maria Maroto at Mundi Abogados and her team of Esther and Nicoletta. They have dealt very professionally with 2 property purchases for us everything is explained in English, fees are laid out clearly and they don't give you any nasty surprises - indeed I received a refund of over €200 related to our last purchase which we would never have known about. They are also dealing with wills and residency for us. Highly recommended.
