Hi, We purchased an apartment in Turre 3 years ago, and walking round our market [before we bought] we met a couple and got talking [ as you do], who recommended Michael Davies, he has an office on the second floor of the shopping centre in Mojacar. He is Welsh born and is bilingual, not cheap but is thorough and will help with your Spanish will [ essential] and power of attourney should you need it. Good luck and see you in Turre when all this corona virus comes to an end, and we can come from Lancashire to Spain.
