Hi Sue I am able to prepare and cook anything it depends what you are looking for  on presentation fine dining Al a cart or nicely presented food on a plate 

What kind of establishment are you running please ? 

I'm looking to earn no less than 1000 euro per month depending on meals 

And I have no time planned as yet to come over until I get a job however I do plan to holiday in villaricas  sometime early May 

Can you tell me more about your expectations please and where you are ?

Thank you for getting back to me with some details of your experience. I am part of a team of personal trainers and fitness teachers, running an exclusive fitness retreat near to Turre. It is possible that we will be needing 2 chefs for our 2018 season and we are currently interviewing people here. The people appointed will need to be experienced in serving top class food that meets various specific dietary requirements of our clients. They will also need to be prepared to lead our clients through a masterclass in healthy cookery. Most of our clients come from the corporate world (consultants, solicitors, bank managers, executives in UK companies etc). The people we employ work for us on a freelance (known as autonomo) basis, not a fixed contract - so they have to be 100% legal. By that I mean registered with the Spanish Inland Revenue and paying their income tax and social security (i.e. Spanish NI contributions)  here. I note you are hoping to get over in May. Our business is based near Turre so it would be good if we can meet with you when you come over. Once you have your travel dates please can you get back to me and we'll set up a meeting together if that's ok with you.
