Hi all, We are arriving in Turre on 20th Dec as new residents.......... or should I say future official residents after all paperwork sorted and accepted. Being so close to Christmas could people help us to know when the last chance to visit Bank, Supermarket and shops to do and gather what we need please. Our first full day will be Thursday 21st Dec. I imagine we will be too tired to be gadding about on the Wednesday we arrive.
Okay, Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year to you all and look forward hopefully to meeting some of you.

Certainly open until Friday think Saturday for supermarket closed Sunday Monday Tuesday where we are

Vera Mercadona is advertising that they are opening Sunday 24th from 9am - 3pm if that helps?

Hi

Superturre is open Mon-Sat 9.15 till 21.00. On Sun 9.15-13.30. Wouldn't be surprised if they are open on Christmas Day! Great shop, they sell everything. You'll love living in Turre, good bars/restaurants, friendly people.

I also saw that ICELAND, Vera is open Sunday .... that’s where you’ll get all the UK commodities and products if you so fancy.

Hi. Welcome. There is also a little shop for English foods in Turre for those last minute Christmas food shopping for small items (mince pies etc). It's on the little parade nearto Zambra bar/Alices sports bar and Eleans 2nd hand furniture shop.I am sorry as I forget the name of the shop - but it was open Christmas eve last year but not sure if it is this year but will def be open on Saturday. Hope this helps.

Thank you all. This was very helpful as 3 days to get settled in with our personal belongings and scooting around shopping for bits we didn't / couldn't bring plus the food shopping the info you all gave us was so helpful.
