Do you have residencia in Spain?

If yes all you will need at the Spanish border is your green card.

If you aren’t you are stuck in the UK until the borders open again, and the latest news today is that the government have said anyone arriving in Spain must self- isolate for 14 days.

you only way to drive at the moment is through France to Spain until the Brittany ferry sails again to Spain.  if you want to drive through France you must prove you have residency in Spain and that you are driving to your main residence.  So if you have long term rental with residencia and have you green certificate and padron with you that should get you through but it's a long way.

you may just have to wait until they lift the restrictions.

Check the ferry that goes to Spain first. I imagine they're sailing still because of freight. 

Ensure youre ok to drive long distance. Fuel, money etc.

Ensure you have a good answer for the police if you get checked anywhere along the way. 

Hopefully you can isolate in your home OK and someone can help get food and any medicine needs.

Wear a mask or home made face cover to please officials (But the real advice is not to breath in others air by keeping your distance).
