Travel UK/Spain - Entry restrictions

Hi Almeria Forum,
I am an EU Citizen (Irish National) currently residing in the UK, but now wishing to retire permanently to Almeria, where I already own a property, but am not yet a Spanish resident.
My question is: Am I now permitted to enter Spain from the UK under the new Spanish Border regulations which apply after 30 March 2021?
Does anyone have any clarity on this?
