Hi.I seem to have lost the ITV green certificate , Does anyone know how you go about getting a replacement.

Make an online appointment to get a new certificate on: https://www.itvcita.com
Somewhere in the proces you can indicate that you want a duplicate of you certificate. So than this will be send to the DGT and when it's ready you'll get an email with an appointment when you can pass your car again at the ITV station.

I'm stuck in the UK at the moment but my car is due an ITV. Do you know if they have an extension due to Covid?

Not this year, no. Extension was granted last year, but now State of Alarm has ended there certainly no extension to either ITV or tax
