Hi. I moved into our new home in April, and I had Telplay provide me with wi-fi. It’s been hit and miss since it was installed, but it’s now 4 days we have had with no T.v. But my iPad works ok. I have phoned the shop, spoke to Juan, done everything he has asked, re rebooted, phoned his technical guy who just tells me he needs more time. Can anyone recommend a descent provider with good aftercare, as I feel let down by Telplay. I signed a 12 month contract, but can’t hack this for another 11 months. Help.

Hi,

Actually we have been getting disillusioned.with Telplay & again it is the service provision.

We are thinking Next which seems to get a good write up. Have you got Fibre Optics as yet.in Turre as that would be Moviestar & Vodafone.

It's been years for us and again Telplay seems to be deteriorating or not improving.

Saludos,

Thank you, someone else has mentioned Moviestar. Not sure we will have fibre optic here in Turre. We are on Agua Nueva.

Hi,

If you.ring or e mail the.local offices & give.your address they will tell.you.

We did this for apt in Mojacar but it was.over twice what we are currently paying & we are away for long periods.

Best Wishes,

Bob and Sandra

Thank you to all that responded, plenty to think over. May change and go with Moviestar if I have fibre optic here. Roll on Monday.

Hi.  We live in Turre and while we have an odd glitch with Next it suits us best.  At least there is a local office you can call in to.  We have had cause to do this but most of the time the service is ok.  We did upgrade due to the number of "smart" devices we have.  We have used Wimax, Telplay and Next and this is over the last 6 years.  Would not touch Telplay with a bargepole.  We had our internet with them and lost a full week before they sent out an engineer.  Wimax and Next are much the same.  Some people get better service than others.  Next do not bind you to a long term contract.  Moviestar is very expensive and no better in my opinion.  See what you can get (Next also offers UK tv if you want it).  Hope this helps.

ps Welcome to Turre!
