NEXT are a poor provider, unreliable and overpriced.

Switch if you can (anyone else is better). I did........

Hi

I had been with Next for nearly ten years and put up with constant reboots, service outages, bad service etc.

Changed to PlusNet  fibre optic and get faster, more reliable service, plus English tv, for less than I was paying to Next. When they came to collect the aerial they had the cheek to charge me for four days that it was installed and not used!

Pleased I moved to Plusnet. Make the move.

It'll come, might be worth while popping into their office to find out when. Also just down the road from them is Airfiber, worth asking the question.

been a member for several years, The internet speeds have never been up to promise but have after several reboots been acceptable. Presently however they are dreadful. The speeds are so low that I have been unable to watch the tv. Also took 1/2 hour for the phone to be answered. 3/4 of a day later and still dreadful-at least the sun is shining!

we left Next for fibre optic instead because of constant buffering on the tv.  we went to the local office to cancel and the girls there were overrun with people complaining and cancelling their contracts so big problem all over.  perhaps you need to find a new provider now
