Hi, I'm Warren, fly in on the 7th Oct for 4 days to get Telly's and all the British TV and internet before we all come over later to our new apartment in Turre. I'm clueless with all that stuff. Do you think I would be able to do it in 4 days before I have to go back. ? Oh and how.

Thanks in advance, Warren 61years, Maxine 56yrs ( my beautiful wife ) and my boy ( and best mate ) Isaac 14yrs

Hi Warren, sorry to jump in on the post, could you let me know if you get sorted please, as I have a holiday home, but no broadband/TV, but because I’m not there full time I didn’t really want a huge satellite dish put in, and all the associated costs.

Kindest regards

Liz

We found the company ‘ next’ based at the top end of Turre high street very good. Bilingual staff efficient, job done in 24hours.......enjoying the rugby at the moment. Graham , Mojacar

Warren there are two good companies in Turre Next as already mentioned at the top of the high street. The other is Connections or Connextions see online for correct spelling. They are in the main square in Turre. Excellent service and prices from friendly English people who also have loads of Spanish customers, good luck with your endeavours and have a great holiday

My alternative solution. We visit out apartment for about eight to ten weeks a year. I simply use an Amazon Firestick and use my phone’s wireless hotspot as the router. 4g is easily fast enough where I am (Mojacar) for full HD TV stream and I simply feed this with my Vodaphone data. I have 80gb per month which is more than enough for our daily TV and I have all the UK channels loaded on the stick plus Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. My data cost is around £20 per month and of course I use it a lot at home too, so good value. It works well, but there could be issues if we leave EU without a deal (heaven forbid)...

Sounds like a great solution and a very slreasonable cost also.

But it is looking more and more like a No Deal crash out!!!

Mind you that will not affect the Ministers who have homes in Grance and their Sterling  converted to EU. Whilst they bet on  and benefit by   the falling pound!!
