Weve been looking to move to Spain in the almeria region since late 2019 but now since covid our plans were put on hold.

I have 2 boys 1 primary and 1 secondary i see there is a school in tahal that is both primary and secondary i am looking for any infoon the schools if possible ,is it a good local school etc , also we would be looking at areas surrounding the tahal area for a rental property any suggestions ?i dont mind doing the school run but preferably areas no further than 45 mins away from school thanks

My personal thought is that Tahal is quite an isolated place for someone fresh from the UK with a young family. It is just a smallish village, quite high up, where the school is unlikely to be anything out of the ordinary and with few English speaking pupils. ALL lessons would be in Spanish too. The nearest large small town is probably near enough 45 minutes as you certainly can't race up and down those mountain roads where there is often snow and ice during the winter months.
