Electricity Supplier Connection Issues

Hi,
Well I got possession of my Tabernas Casa in October, at last 😃.
Since then though I seem to be having difficulty setting up a contract with an electricity supplier. A meter reader turned up last week and told me he thinks it’s Endesa. I try to setup a contract online but it keeps asking for previous bill details. Obviously I do not have one. Any ideas would be most welcome. I’m not fluent in Español, yet, so the phone woulde to be the last option.
