Hi, have you checked what kinds of speeds youre getting for Internet/Broadband with youre service provider ?.  Reliability of tv service can depend on various factors from area thru price youre paying.

Do a test using Speedtest.net which should give you a read out of upload and download speeds.

The 1st thing youre "black box" supplier will do is blame the Service provider,

"Park in Sorbas" mean youre on shared facilities or you have youre own equipment ?.

Do youre neighbours have the same problems ?

We live in Urcal near Huercal Overa and a few months ago changed to Wimax-online, we have a 1.6 metre dish, Android box, Amazon firestick, partner pays for 30 g/b or m/b and sometimes get lower speeds than yourself even with all that gear, and we also, occasionally have the same problems.

A neighbour is into tech and am going to ask him what gear he has and if he hascany probs, we were round his place the other nite and he didnt suffer any probs, if I can pick his brains I'll let you know what he says and get back with you in case you hafent had any better advice.

Hi, TV out here at night is very hit and miss. We have a T95Z box running Kodi 17.5 with Paradox build on it and have SmartDNSProxy on our router so appears we are in the UK. Unless it is a very popular program such as Strictly Come Dancing, we don't usually do too bad so for this type of program we tend to run programs via Firefox browser on the box or connect our Acer netbook up to the TV via HDMI cable where we have no problems.
We have been here 3 years now and it is a pain in the bum, sorry I can't be more helpful.
Best wishes,
Tony.

It may not be your internet download speed. Looking at your results the download speed of 9 mbps is sufficient.

If you are watching through Mobdro or similar it may just have to many watchers, particularly at peak periods, the dreaded soap syndrome.

If you are subscribing on a Mag box the local tv suppliers that one subscribes to are having problems.

If you are using an Android box there are several tv app services you can download to watch tv. Most people that use Android boxes are made to believe you have to watch tv through Android Kodi . Not necessary as Kodi is just an internet browser and is somewhat difficult to use for a novice.

Download one of the free uk tv programs and install it onto the desktop. Then all you have to do us click on the icon and choose your channel, be it Sky or freesat uk channels.

I have about three to choose from and just switch if one freezes in peak times.

Download uktvnow or similar, always make sure they are updated when requested. Mobdro have just issued a new update in an attempt to remove buffering problems.

At the end of the day its just too many people trying to watch on these services.

If you are subscribing to any service, I feel sorry for you, they all freeze or buffer. Uk & all sky tv is available for free on an android box or an Android phone or tablet. I watch uk and sky tv on my phone and tablet as well as my Android tv boxb. Hope this helps you.
