Thank you for your information we may look at Transferwise
Thanks again
I can second the recommendation for TransferWise, excellent service and exchange rates and that app is simple to use.

My suma (council tax) is €300 a year but I have a pool etc so I would imagine yours will be over €100 a year. Electric depends on what supply you have 3.3kw or 5.75kw. one has a higher standing charge, maybe and extra €120 P.A. for higher capacity, lower one might be €15 a month standing charge. I am not on mains sewerage so my bills are cheap. Excluding maintenance €100 a month with no mortgage would pay your bills in a holiday home, if you are here a lot the the electric etc goes up so difficult to give an exact answer.

Thanks a lot pal
I’ve not been on for a while but I’ve just purchased this property which was finalised 3weeks ago
I’m going over at the end of February I’m hoping to meet a builder when I’m over there
If you know of any builders that would be great
I’m a plumber myself but building work I would leave to builders 👍
