Best bet is probably IKEA Almeria who do a good range of plain white bedding at a reasonable price.

If your ever in Mojacar then Abodes do a good range, they are on the front just up from the Parque Comercial or else Me & Mrs Jones further up opposite Lavante also stock a good range...

Plenty of options. San Juan, Eurospa, go to pulpi town, shops there, Aguilas has plenty of shops. Or make an order on Amazon, depends if you want to making trips for a day to make a purchase or not.

The chinese shop in Vera, Maxi Bazaar hve plain white bedding. Check the size though, also the chonese shop in Garrucha, the far end of Mojacar.
If you want to pay a bit more, then Me and Mrs Jones in Mojacar.
