Is your husband in receipt.of OA Pension?'If you then he & you will be covered once you have the appropriate info. Contact DWP (Overseas Branch) at Newcastle upon Tyne & they will issue the appropriate documentation, S1. Then in Spain you commission a Solicitor or Agencies such as CAT SERVICES, LA ALFOQUIA or GL( Golden Leaves ), TURRE

Both on Google Search. If you e mail either or both they will confirm what documents you need currently.

From the pension office stating my husband receives monthly pension  or certificates ? However I can not find any more info on this.  Do you know any more?
