Hello can any one tell me if there is any problems with buying in phase 7 Mar de Pulpi. We are looking for for 2 bed 2 bath ground floor apartment and we have been shown one in phase 7. Facing the pool. Any thoughts much appreciated.

Hi, we are retired and living permanently in Fase 5. We moved from a villa in inland Spain to a three bed ground floor apartment a bit over a year ago. No real issues, TM very responsive to any queries

Outgoings are fairly expensive but everything / everywhere very well maintained

Not too many English people around, seem to be predominantly Belgians

We enjoy it

Thank you for the reply. I think 5 is beach side of the road. 7 is over the road and just wondered allthough it’s not that far from the beach will it get a bit  too much with 3 grand children and all the Lilo’s etc.

Hi
We are on Phase 3.
The area is very nice in summer.
It is very rentable to Spanish during the summer months, but quiet in winter.
I'd say about 10% British in the area.
The area will grow quite a lot in the next 10 years, especially with the high speed railway nearby.

Thank you. The problem I have they are offering me units on phase 7 and they are just that bit further away. I asked about the new ones on phase 6 but they are not being released yet the other gripe I have is they are building the units 10 Sqm smaller than on the older phases and put up the price.
