Hello

Does anyone know how they are progressing with the swimming pool at Tirreno Apartments. I have asked the agent's several times but they don't seem to have an answer?

Many thanks.

Val

I understand that they are working on it now. They have dug out the new pool shape and are landscaping the other area including planting the palm trees. No idea when it will be complete however.

Hi Tony and Sue

Thank you for your reply.  That sounds promising.  I hope to be over in October when my furniture arrives.  I will update you to the progress of the pool.

Been there today and there was 1 worker

At this pace don't think it will be open until 2018

Haha that is funny but not really. The managing agents told me today the builders have been contracted to do the work within 12 weeks and they are on time so far. He didn't say when it was started but a guess is it should be finished by end November??  As long as it's all working ok next year it will be fine.

Anyone owning Mar Tirreno apartments should have received a proposed set of regulations that are due to be discussed at a meeting this Saturday (14th October). The proposed dates when the pool is to be available for use are given below.

·  Opening hours of the swimming pool. This will be defined by regulations and agreement with the company maintenance, leaving except for correction in new committees or by the decision of the Board of Directors on the following:

·  Opening: between 10 and 15 June (Saturday closest on these dates)

·  Closing: between 10 and 15 September (Sunday nearest at that time).

·  Opening hours: From Monday to Sunday: from 11 to 21 hours without interruption.

These dates are very restricted in our view and should be more like Easter to end of October minimum.

We are in Spain at the moment and the temperatures are in the mid 80's but with the proposed regulations the pool would not be availalble.

Suggest all owners make sure that they keep up to date with the meeting minutes and take the opportunity to make their views known to the management committee.

Hi Tony &sue

Thanks for the information you’ve put on about the pool

We live here and not heard about this

We also think after all that we have paid

The pool needs to be open from April-Nov

As you say it’s still red hot now

Could you please keep us informed about anything else you know

Thanks Kaz & Bri
