Spanish Style Window Grills

Hi Both, this is a personal recommendation and although it's Albox it may save you significant €€€€€. We wanted rejjas & rejja gates for our cottage. Various firms, -Prices up to 2800€ &'up to 8 weeks to delivery & we should count ourselves lucky!!!!!!

We went with Peter of Metal Box, Albox. On www. 900€-'delivered to the hour a week later. Not just that but the quality/ thickness if the steel, seen worse on Battle tanks.

May not be local but may be worth getting a quote. We can still remember the old lorry chugging its way up our mountain. One of the many reasons we favour Spanish Companies.

I actually just wanted to see if Metal Box was on internet so I just typed in Metal Box, Albox and a whole load of entries came up.

When we first went in years back,  Peter & his wife sat us down & produced catalogues from which we chose our design/s. As our first property was, & still is, a rural finca they were quite plain. When we then purchased the apartment in Mojacar, Peter gated the corridor, we are 1 of only 2 isolating gates, and fitted a locking rejja to the window at the end of the corridor with rejjas to the 2 windows opening onto the corridor.

Later Peter amended the.bedroom rejja at the cottage to a locking rejja in case of fire.

Cannot recommend him enough and over the years we have had.umbrella stands made, security posts, etc.

We have just used Jara at  Ronda de las Buganvillas, 04621  in Vera and they were excellent, this was for new steel gates and fencing but they do windows as well and Kevin speaks English and the workmanship was top draw.
