Mobile phone contract or pay as you go

I always recommend DigiMobile.  They are Pay-As-You-Go and are probably the best PAYG option about.  They are carried by Movistar so have excellent coverage.  They offer a variety of options which you can change month-to-month - another plus is that they offer a dedicated English customer service line.

I pay 10,00€ per month and for that I get unlimited national calls and 3GB of data.  Unused data rolls over at end of month, so I typically find myself with around 5.5GB data for 10,00 €.

If you need international, then 10,00 € will also get you 400 minutes National and international calling and 2,5GB data.  Once again, unused data rolls over.  They also offer 15 and 20,00 € plans with greater data allowance / calls etc.

Take a look at http://www.digimobil.es for details on plans and locations of retailers - oh - they also support European Roaming so you could use Spanish number in UK if desired.

I agree with Dario, Digi is very good with easy top ups online or in outlets.

Well, for me, “locally” is Vera, but I see you are in SJdLT .... if you check the website, they have a branch locator which will take your location and show the closest one to you
