Our bank sabadell has told us that In order to prevent bank charges, to pay in a regular amount monthly, which is no problem! However alongside to 'buy' a product, ie insurance, home or car.
Has anyone used the bank for insurance and found it problem free, had to make a claim and not come across any hiccups, excuses etc etc.
I need help to make this decision please, thank you

Hi know this is a bit late but we use our bank insurance which is almost twice a quote from another company. We also still get bank charges.

Thank you, you didn't mention which which bank you use?
Very confusing as we are getting
conflicting versions.
It is the bank charges that are annoying us
