I'll second Maggie's recommendation, but when a resident here went to Cuevas last week to open a Wefferent account she was told that to set it up in branch she must purchase a product.

Don't do that. Other branches may be more helpful and assist you in the branch in itself. Once you're set up, it's a breeze.
