Hiya you will need a car we bought in SJDLT there is a bus that goes to aguilas around 10 am and returns around 5 pm and that's it to our knowledge. If it is for to and from the airport there is a shuttle bus service I've not used it so can't comment but hopefully someone else might answer you're question
